August 2005: Tapping Into All Your Agent Has To Offer

The Internet may just be the greatest research tool ever invented, and it has become a popular way for buyers to conduct their home search. But looking for a home online shouldn´t replace consultation with a Realtor®. A homebuyer is most likely to find the home they want when the Internet is used in conjunction with your agent´s expertise.

Since it is a Realtor´s® job to come equipped with up-to-the-minute knowledge of properties, invaluable insight into neighborhoods and transaction strategies, I can help buyers find a home they may never have found online. Unlike the Internet, I recognize nuances that can differentiate one listing from another.

For sellers, the Internet can also be a great tool when it´s used along with the expertise of a sales agent. An online search can give you an idea of what other homes in your area have sold for. What it won´t always tell you are all the variables within the home that account for a home´s list price. A Realtor®  who has first-hand knowledge of the homes on the market knows specifics of the home such as the quality of the finishes and design elements that make the layout unique.

I embrace technology and the Internet, and pride myself on building relationships with my clients. Call me today and together we can determine how best my areas of expertise and my website can help make your buying or selling experience a success.
